Berk Oktay Kaplaner, a graduate of Kadıköy Anatolian High School and Marmara University Faculty of Economics, started his professional career at Kapital YMM A.Ş as an independent auditor. After working as an independent auditor for about five years,he worked as a deputy finance manager, finance manager and finance director in the international transportation, food and legal consultancy sectors throughout his career and joined the TEGV family in October 2023.
