Born in Eskişehir in 1992. Elif Dilmen graduated from Boğaziçi University with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration in 2015.
She started her career at Ernst&Young company, in 2015, as an “Advisor” for risk management, internal audit, internal control and process development; then continued working under the title of “Senior Advisor” until 2018. Ms. Dilmen switched to Marsh Insurance and Reinsurance Broker Inc. in March 2018 as a “Senior Risk Consultant” and was promoted to the position of “Manager” in March 2020, where she still holds the same title. Ms. Elif Dilmen is a TEGV child who attended TEGV’s Ali Numan Kıraç Education Park in Eskişehir province, between 2003 and 2004
